Enrolment

After reading the information located on our website, if you would like to enrol your child please complete our Waiting list application  for each child. Once submitted send enquiry, call the service and organise a pre-enrolment visit.

During the pre-enrolment visit families will meet the educators and obtain information to ensure that the service meets the needs of the family. At the conclusion of the pre-enrolment visit, families will be either offered a position or placed on the waiting list for when a position is available.

When an enrolment is accepted, an enrolment orientation visit is planned between the service director and family. Meeting the educators and seeing the environment your child will be in, assists families to start to build a partnership together. Families are required to return all requested completed documents and pay an enrolment fee and bond.

Enrolment commences on a child’s first day of booked attendance. Starting at a child care service can be overwhelming to families and children for many different reasons. Families are encouraged to spend as much time as needed with their child to assist in the transition from the home environment to the service. Our educators and staff will be there every step of the way to assist and support all the family’s needs.

Families are encouraged to contact the service at any time during the day to check on their child. If you or your child is having difficulties settling in, please speak and discuss you’re your feelings with the educators or the service director.

Further information is available in the parent handbook.
