Concrete footpaths constructed in northern carpark.
Concrete works were completed by Slabs R Us.

Brick works commenced 6 May 2015 on the new extension of 7 new classrooms which will consist of brick veneer type and sandstock bricks being installed.
Bricklayers are expected for completion on 15 May 2015

Timber Roof frame was installed over a 3 day period which commenced on 18 April 2015, this involved a team of highly skilled personnel positioning roof trusses spanning 18.5 meters into position utilising a 35 Tonne Crane which was performing a series of lifts from the northern carpark.

Maurice Sharp Constructions and Pty Ltd with the assistance of Costec Constructions performed the above works with a successful result.

Timber frame, car park lighting and further concrete carpark kerbing installation was completed 25 March 2015. Southern carpark is the only area remaining to be completed. Timber Roof Trusses will be delivered on 16 April 2015 for installation.

Slab construction was completed on Monday 16 March 2015 with the inclusion of partial kerb and gutter for the northern carpark.

Slab construction and drainage installation has commenced on 27 February 2015, the concrete slab will be poured in 2 stages due to the scale of the project. The first pour is scheduled for 13 March 2015 and the second on 17 March 2015 weather permitting. The extension floor area will comprise of 7 new class rooms, bottle prep areas and 3 separate toilet facilities for the children. Overall there are 9 classrooms at the centre.

The eastern roadway commenced 9 February 2015, this will link both the northern and southern Car parks, the roadway will be two way traffic conditions and will also have 2 emergency parking bays for emergency services should they be required at the centre. A boom gate will be positioned to the south of the emergency bays with access restrictions applied.

The northern car park works commenced Friday 6 February 2015. The car park will consist of 56 single car spaces which will include one way traffic conditions only. In addition the car park has been designed to accommodate disabled parking and selected pedestrian crossings, pathways will also be provided for pedestrians enabling easy access and egress to the child care centre. Furthermore pathways are also designed and will be constructed to accommodate easy access for persons with disabilities.

Earthworks for new road works commenced on 2 February 2015, these works will consist of a dual road being constructed from Mandalong Close to the main northern car park, this will be the only point of entry to the child care centre once operational. A series of speed humps and road signage will be positioned throughout the access road and car park areas that will facilitate the vehicular direction of travel.

Civil works commenced on 27 January 2015, these works are being performed by TRN Group. The works consist of road & drainage, soil and water management, bulk earthworks, sewage extension, fire services and electrical reticulation.
