Metal Roofing commenced 27 June 2015 which was contracted to Adams Direct. This work is due for completion early next week.

Concrete footpaths installed 25 June 2015 by Slabs R Us these paths are for pedestrian traffic and form part of the emergency exits from building.

Final coat of Bitumen was installed 19-20 June 2015 for both Car Parks & Access Road, these works were contracted to TRN Group.

Landscaping works commenced on the rear playground on 15 June 2015 for the 3 to 5 area, which is almost complete, these works are being performed by Jamie Miller Landscapes who were highly recommended for constructing childcare play areas. All landscape works are due for completion in August 2015.

Carpark Landscaping works commenced 15 June 2015 and were completed on 19 June 2015, these works were conducted by Sean Keegan of Australian Property Improvements Pty Ltd this company performed their works of a high standard and came recommended.

Timber verandah’s commenced 8 June 2015 and were completed on 12 June 2015, these verandah’s will assist children and staff for the provision of shade and shelter on inclement days.

Concrete verandah’s commenced June 2015 and were completed the following day, this verandah’s will assist children and staff for the provision of shade and shelter on inclement days.

2 coat bitumen spray seal conducted on access road and north & south carparks as per design. The above works were subcontracted to TRN Group.
